What is it?
An alternative model for governance focused on self-governance based on the values of equality.
Why is it important?
Moving away from central governing systems is important for creating anti-fragile groups and societies. This could be one possibility.
An alternative definition is a system of governance which seeks to create psychologically safe environments and productive organizations using consent. Consent is used instead of majority voting in discussion and decision making by people who have a shared objective or work process.
